Password Reset

This guide will cover managing your district password through Incident IQ

Please note: If you do not know your current password and have not set your recovery questions in Incident IQ, you will need to contact the Tech HelpDesk to reset your password. 
If you are using an Apple device running Mac OS you will need to update your password on that device as well. (See below for details)

How to get to Incident IQ

First step you will need to get to Incident IQ. Please visit Classlink and open Incident IQ.
 If you’re unable to open IQ through Classlink you can go to puhsd.incidentiq.com.

 

Select your Security Questions

This will be necessary to reset your password on your own in the future. Go to My Profile by selecting your user in the upper right corner then select My Profile. In the lower left of the next screen you should see Configure Recovery Questions. Select 2 questions and provide the answers.

 

Reset Your Password Via Security Questions

Visit puhsd.incidentiq.com and select Reset your password. Enter your email address and hit Search then select Answer previously recorded password recovery questions. Enter a new password and select Set Password. Please allow a couple of minutes for your new password sync with other platforms.

 

Reset Your Password Via Email Recovery

Visit puhsd.incidentiq.com and select Reset your password. Enter your email address and hit Search then select Send a recovery link to (your email). Open gmail and open the recovery link sent to you. Enter a new password and select Set Password. Please allow a couple of minutes for your new password sync with other platforms.

 

Change Your Password Inside Incident IQ

Go to My Profile by selecting your user in the upper right corner then select My Profile. Select Change Password. Enter your new password and select Apply.
