Athletics

 

Dear CMI Community,

In my second year at CMI, I am excited to lead the athletic middle and high school programs. We will continue to challenge our student-athletes by providing them with a quality sports program filled with an experienced coaching staff, spirited faculty and staff along with our supportive families. Some of our high school sports will be showing off new uniforms and attitude as we demonstrate competitiveness, sportsmanship and team camaraderie as a program.  
As an Athletic Director, I enjoy the camaraderie of working alongside our coaching staff and providing our teams the support to compete at the highest level. Our high school teams participate in the South Valley division governed by the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) while our middle school sports will also compete in a new South Valley middle school league. In essence, I believe sports are a true reflection in life in how we respond to adversities and challenges. Despite the outcome of the scoreboard, our goals as coaches and educators is to prepare our students to go through these challenges and build character in every measure.
